Mrs. Sheetal Kusumbe is a Qualified Psychologist and Counsellors Council of India certified counseling professional CRN7529150. Furthering seven years of studying the subject and holding a merit rank in the Maharashtra Board, she has extensively practiced the science of human behavior in the capacity of a human resource professional, and ideator of a mental health well-being venture for over a decade.
Her approach in counseling is on a very basic and solid foundation that each individual is unique and so is his or her concern. She devises and executes each module plan accordingly. Having certifications in Mindfulness based cognitive therapy, child and adolescent counseling, color therapy etc, she believes in an eclectic balance. Moreover, “not all classrooms have four walls". Life happens everyday to all of us, these observations, reflections, and enriching experiences are the wisdom pillars of counseling. Genuine empathy towards pain leads to effective healing.
She aims at empowering the person to overcome and take charge of his or her areas of improvement through an effective, expressive and non-judgmental manner.
She specializes in children, adolescent counseling and women related concerns. Has worked with them through art and expression therapies as well. Believes in tapping the human potential with Mindfulness exercises, cognitive behavior therapies and Motivational Psychology. Each day is a work in progress; her goal is to assist in achieving and more importantly maintaining a better mental health space.
